Back Again

Alright.. im back to blog.. its bout 2am in the morning right now... dunno why for no reason... i kinda feel very empty inside.. like all of a sudden...

Later on in the day there is FB meeting.. and somehow.. i feel a little awkward yet a litter out of place... like because i haven been going back to FB for a while due to NDP and stuff.. somehow i felt like im so distant from all of them... all the times i realli wanted to go for their meetings and stuff... help them out in watever ways they need help... but i guess like for mi at this moment.. with NDP going on... i realli cant be of any help to them...

i kinda misses the last times with them.. the crazy mass convo in msn and the outings etc etc... i guess like for all of them.. their bond are even tighter now and stuff..
im realli sorie guys that im rather useless to u all right now... because of my committments and stuff... but i do hope that all of us can still be like a real family in FB.. i just feel really bad that im always not there for them... to support them in competitions and stuff..

alright.. moving onn....

NDP Combined rehearsal on saturday was A BLAST! it was the first time EVERYONE, including the parade and all the other performers come together... and as i stood up onto that huge mega stage... never would i have tot my childhood dream would ever come true... and most of them are also thinking the same...
The feeling was indescribable as i stood there looking at 27,000 seats from the stage... maybe because i have never been part of such a mega huge event before thats why im having those feelings..

and wat was even more happening was that they realli do the show just as if it was the actual show itself.. with pyro flamings and not to mention. THE FIREWORKS! all the sec school kids and primary school kids performers went gaga and crazy when the fireworks was shot... so guys.. if u wanna catch some fireworks.. just be around marina bay at evening till night time.. u will catch some fireworks.. BUT NO GUARANTEE hor..

This coming sat is the 2nd last Combined rehearsals.. and after next week.. the following week is the very first National Education Previews for the Primary 5 kids... hence its pretty fast i have to say... and from then on.. its all live show with real audiences all the way till the actual show on 9th August...

A little something for u guys.. the official launch for this year theme song will be on 2nd of july... so hence.. u all will get to hear the theme song from that day onwards.. wat song is it.. i also dunno.. neither have i heard it before..

alright.. aint gonna be a spoiler to leak out all the tings on NDP .. Catch it on August 9th! its thoroughly different this year i have to say ..

Mini-Emerge/ NDP 2009

Alright! finally able to be back here to update my "dead" blog... because its... finally "HOLIDAYS" so to speak... to put it in a nice.. its holiday.. but otherwise.. its more of study break... because after these 2 weeks.. its common test.. well.. lets focus on the positive side...

Okaye.. Emerge has well been over for bout 2 weeks... the photos are out and so here they are!

NDP 2009!

First thing first! we are moving in to Marina Bay floating Platform this week!!!!! Tomorrow to be exact! wahahaha! super excited.. i cant wait to see the big setting of the stage and stuff.. cox i have been seeing them all along on facebook pictures.. tmr will be able to see it real.. and even got the chance to stand on it!

well... although im realli excited to move to marina bay platform.. but on the other hand.. im having mixed feeling as well.. because moving into marina bay platform would means previews are coming.. and soon after.. the actual show.. and after which.. everything will form up to be just memories etched in my life...

From the beginning at Amoy Quee Camp... the long walk up the hill and the never ending declaration of handphones... to Kranji Camp at Yew Tee.. under the hot sun and the make shift layout of the stage.. the usual training shed that we practice our drumlines stuff.. now to finally moving in to marina bay platform...

i guess like im realli gonna miss NDP once everything is over... no doubt this will be my largest show ever ... but the experience that i got is realli different.. its realli like heartwarming to see everyone coming together and helping each other out to make all these thing happens...

although sometimes u do hear mi sort of "complain" that im stressed and stuff.. but realli.. i still love the experience im getting out of NDP.. and also like im sure everyone wants the best for the show.. at the very least is to get my parts perfected.. i dunno if in the future will such opportunities ever come again but for now.. i just know i had to cherish every single moment i had practicing with the rest of strikeforce and also the rest of the other people in the show.. be it whether i perform on that day anot.. its no longer important... because its the process that counts... i would realli love to perform on that day.. but if i dont.. i alreadi had one of the best experiences.... So lets jiayou together and realli make NDP 2009 a Dope one! =D

Finally Have Some time to do some Updating!!

Alright.. i finally had some time to slack and come update this dead blog of mine...
been really busy with NDP training.. Strikeforce Emerge training, dance and of course my school assignments! the work are pilling up like nobody business....

It was really fun and i realli enjoyed myself performing with the strikeforce for this event.. its the very first time im performing in the church.. and its also the first time i get to see pastor Kong up close! hahaha!

What kinda shocked mi in the middle of the performance was the fire! Nobody told mi that there were gonna be fire churning out as visual effects during the performance.. and boy.. i was right in front of the fire... hahaha.. not very close though.. but it still gave mi a shock.. haha.. but overall.. its cool! cant wait to see the vid for our performance!

NDP Practice!

Alright.. NDP practices is still underway.. and its getting tougher and tougher... the Segment that i liked the most.. the industrial one.. became one of the segment that i dread the most.. cox they totally changed the whole sequence for the Oil barrel.. the one before was so easy and so much fun.. fun because its easy .. but im sure i can overcome this challenge... just need more time to practice on the new sequence and the sticking for it!

For the Drumline... im trying my best to play and keep time.. because i know i have the tendancy to speed up in the middle.. so hence im realli trying hard to play and being able to keep time! Hopefully i can be one of 24 drummers performing...

but somehow it seems like we are doing morning exercise! -.-

For my studies.. the work are pilling up like crazy... been staying up late and sometimes.. not even sleeping just so to finish the work that has to be done..

To sum it up.. this last few weeks had been realli crazy and pure madness for mi ... but nonetheless.. im still hanging on and relying on God's strength to pull through all that still has to come! =D
